At Sensa we try and make sure you have the right edition, in this case NOMAD, the right tier to include integration of all the devices you need, but finally the right package. Some customers want a full appliance mode and we take care of everything. Other more DIY customers, want to supply their own hardware and still want access to Home Assistant. The price is different too. Self Install places more responsibilities on yourself, so the cost is lower.
