Become a member for access to extra resources and support.

We will always offer as much as we can for free on our website and other social media channels. We will never charge for education, but some configurations take a lot of time and effort to test and maintain and a simple upgrade can easily break devices. Our paid memberships are aimed at helping DIYers, reducing the time lost and the risk by supplying known configurations, guides, testing, upgrades and support. Other tiers support our Nomad software in both packages. Our paid tier memberships are all located at Patreon.

Early Access Videos

We will always post our blogs and videos a day earlier on Patreon for our members.

Ad-free Videos

Our videos on Youtube are posted direct and therefore no Google adverts.

3D Print Files

We offer our own 3D print files for brackets and enclosures. We just provide the files, you will need a 3D printer to print them.

General Chat

Patreon has a general chat feature, and off course we have the chat channels in our Discord server. You choose which you prefer. We will do our best to monitor both so we can answer as many questions as possible.

Discord Server

We have our discord server, which is regarded as one of the best chat apps available. Our Discord has a general chat and an announcements channel fed by the manufacturer announcement channels. This option is available to ANYONE with the invite code. This allows us to give Discord access to customers who are not in Patreon. Discord supports matching roles for the Patreon tiers so we can separate all the content and features for our paid members.

Monthly Software Report

Our goal for the Configuration Support service is to take away the time, risk and frustration when upgrading software. Home Assistant and ESP typically publish a new release at the beginning of each month. Some others are less frequent. We will test all our Integrations with all the latest software. We will publish a summary on what is new, what has changed and we will provide any new configuration changes required for your devices.

Nomad Users will be kept up to date with what we are working on and new releases.

Nomad Software Support

For those Nomad users who have purchased the Self-Install package of Nomad, we will support the Nomad software. We are unable to support your hardware or general Home Assistant issues. Our Appliance package is more suited to Nomad users who wish complete support of all aspects.
