Fit Sensa for a living

For Intallers & Converters

Fit Sensa for a living

Trade pricing, real training, engineer-level support while you're on the tools and when you hand the van over, the aftercare phone rings here, not in your workshop.

installers

Retrofit Sensa into existing vans

Auto-electricians, leisure vehicle workshops, marine sparkies.

  • Customer leads near you. Fitted-tier enquiries routed by area to approved installers, we have more vans asking than hands to fit them.
  • Trade pricing on every kit, ordered per job through the shop once you're approved. No stockholding required.
  • Training and certification, one course, one supervised first install, then you're on the map.
  • An engineer on the phone mid-install, not a ticket queue.

What we ask

Evidence of 12V / leisure electrical work, public liability insurance, and installs done to the Sensa standard, it’s what makes the support promise possible.

converters

Build Sensa into every van you make

Professional conversion companies, from three vans a year to thirty.

  • Fleet provisioning built in, every system arrives imaged and ready; commissioning is a checklist, not a project.
  • Designed to drop into a build schedule, first-fix wiring plan supplied at order, panel and screens at final fit.
  • Your brand on the handover, our system underneath, and a spec sheet that helps sell the van.
  • Team training so any of your fitters can commission it.

What we ask

A first van together to agree the standard, then terms that scale with volume, shared on the trade call.

The part that makes it work

After handover, the van is our problem.

The reason trade works with Sensa is the backend it runs on. Straight answers:

Who supports the customer?

Sensa does. The customer’s support relationship is with us from day one. You fit the van; you don’t inherit its phone calls.

What if something's wrong after you leave?

Remote diagnostics, with the customer’s consent. Support access is off by default, switched on by the customer, time-boxed and logged. Most issues never need a revisit.

How do updates reach the van?

Tested on our own fleet first, then rolled out remotely. You will never be asked to drive out and press a button.

What if a fitted system fails?

The van keeps working, every subsystem runs on its own controls, so a Sensa fault is never a stranded customer. Warranty swaps ship next day.
