Sensa is built by someone who converted his own van and hit the same problems you are hitting. The fastest way to get an answer is usually to ask us directly, and the best place to do that is in person.

In person

Festivals

We take our own van to UK festivals through the year. Come and look round it, ask what a real install involves, and see the system running in a vehicle rather than on a screen.

Read and build

The Workshop

Build articles, rated devices with honest verdicts, and full project write-ups of the vans we have converted. Everything we have learned, including what did not work.

Once a month

Newsletter

One email a month. What we have shipped, what we are testing, and what we got wrong. No drip campaign and no sales sequence.

Where we post

We share build progress, installs and the occasional failure on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. If you want a question answered properly rather than in a comment thread, ask at Sensa Help instead. Questions from owners and self-builders are what shape the FAQ and the Workshop articles.

Getting help

Where to ask what

Different questions land better in different places.

I have a question about my own build

Ask at Sensa Help, where you can raise a ticket, add to one you have already raised, or just put a question to us. Support comes from the people who built the system, and it is UK-based. If your question turns out to be a common one, it usually ends up on the FAQ so the next person finds it faster.

I want to see one working before I commit

Come and find us at a festival. Our own van is there, running the same system we sell, and you can open the cupboards and look at the wiring. That tends to answer more questions in ten minutes than a week of reading.

I am building it myself and want the technical detail

Start with the Workshop articles and the rated devices list, then move to the documentation. The glossary explains the jargon we keep out of the rest of the site.

I fit systems for customers

There is a trade programme for installers and converters, with trade pricing and support after handover. See the trade page for what we offer and what we ask in return.

Come and say hello

We would rather answer a real question than write another brochure page.
